BECKY'S POTATOES ROMANOFF | |
6 lg. potatoes, peeled and diced 1-2 cloves garlic, chopped 2-3 green onions, chopped 2 c. lg. curd cottage cheese 1 c. sour cream 1 c. grated cheddar Boil potatoes until just tender. Drain and add garlic, onions, cottage cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheddar on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8-10. |
