FAMILY STIR FRY 
4 oz. lean hamburger
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. carrots, sliced
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. water
3 c. brown rice, cooked

Brown hamburger and drain. Heat wok or heavy non stick skillet. Combine all ingredients except rice. Cook until vegetables are tender crisp. Serve over rice.
