BURGER STIR-FRY | |
3 tbsp. A-1 Steak Sauce 1 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. oil 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods 1/2 c. sliced scallions 1 tbsp. each A-1 Steak Sauce and soy sauce 2 tbsp. sherry 1/3 c. chicken broth 1 tsp. cornstarch Cooked rice noodles or vermicelli Combine 3 tablespoons A-1 Sauce and beef. Form 4 patties. In skillet, cook patties as desired. Remove to heated platter. Add oil to skillet. Stir in broccoli, pea pods and scallion. Cook, stirring until vegetables are thawed. Combine 1 teaspoon A-1 Sauce, soy sauce, sherry, broth and cornstarch. Add to vegetables. Bring to boil. Arrange burgers on bed of noodles. Spoon vegetables and sauce over all. Garnish with sliced red pepper, if desired. Serves 4. |
