TOMATO SURPRISE | |
2 tomatoes Lite salt Pepper 1 oz. shredded cheese (cheddar or Mozzarella) Cavender's all purpose Greek seasoning Cut each tomato into 3 thick slices. Flare 3 slices on a small side dish. Sprinkle 1/2 ounce cheese over each serving then sprinkle with salt, pepper and seasoning. Microwave on High for 1 minute or broil in oven for 1 to 2 minutes until cheese softens. Colorful, low calorie and healthy. |
