HAM & CHEESE SOUFFLE 
16 slices white bread
4 c. (16 oz.) ham
16 oz. Swiss & cheddar cheese
9 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted

Dice ham in small pieces, remove crust from bread and slice in half. layer bread on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Then a layer of Swiss and cheddar. Repeat the process. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, onion in bowl and pour over layers. Mix corn flakes with melted butter and pour over top of souffle. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
