APPLE PECAN PIE 
Sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped pecans on unbaked 9 inch pie shell.

1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
5 to 6 apples peeled and sliced or chopped

Place apple mixture in pie shell. Dot with 2 tablespoon butter.

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. pecans

Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
