STUFFED SHELLS 
2 lb. box lg. shell noodles
3 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
2 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 lg. jars spaghetti sauce (any company)
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook noodles according to directions on the package. Drain and let cool in single layer on aluminum foil sheet. Combine the ground chuck, eggs, cheese and bread crumbs and salt and pepper for filling. Fill each shell with 1 tablespoon of filling. Place in a 9"x13" pan in single layer. You will get two pans of shells. Cover shells well with sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
