CREME DE MENTHE CAKE 
CAKE:

Duncan Hines white cake mix
1/4 c. creme de menthe ice cream topping

TOPPING:

Hershey's fudge topping
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 tbsp. creme de menthe ice cream topping

Make cake according to directions. During last minute of mixing, add the creme de menthe. Bake and cool.

TOPPING: Spread the Hershey's fudge topping on cool cake. Add 1 tablespoon creme de menthe topping to 8 oz. Cool Whip. Blend and spread on top of fudge topping. Good dessert at Christmas or St. Pat's Day!
