HEARTY BEEF & VEGETABLE 
4 c. frozen potato rounds
1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli - thawed & drained
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee's French fried onions
1 med. tomato - chopped (optional)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange potatoes in bottom of 8 x 12 baking dish. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes. In medium saucepan, brown ground beef, leaving in large chunks, drain well. Layer beef, broccoli, 1/2 can onions and tomato on top of potatoes. In small bowl, combine soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese and seasonings; pour over beef mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions, bake uncovered for 1-3 minutes.
