HAMBURGER & BISCUIT 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can drained mushrooms
1 can French fried onions
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
1 egg

Brown hamburger, add mushrooms, all but 1/2 fried onions. Place in casserole dish. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup sour cream. Heat. Put on top. Cut 1 package biscuits in halves (each one). Put cut side down around sides of casserole. Mix 1/2 sour cream, 1 egg, spread over biscuits. Rest of onions in center of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
