CRUNCHY BISCUIT BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can green beans
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 oz. can mushroom pieces
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. milk
10 oz. biscuit
Grated crackers

Brown meat and onion. Put in baking dish. Mix soup, beans, mushrooms, cheese, lemon juice, milk and mayonnaise. Heat until hot and bubbly. Add to mixture. Arrange biscuits on top and add melted butter and top with crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until biscuits are brown.
