CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BREAD 
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 c. grated raw zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs until thick and light. Add sugar, oil, melted chocolate, vanilla. Beat until well blended. Mix dry ingredients. Add to chocolate mixture, blend well. Add zucchini and nuts and blend. Pour into 3 greased floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. (Freezes well, stays moist.)
