1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
5 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients together (except nuts). Beat 12 minutes. Fold in nuts and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
