one 8 oz pkg macaroni (cooked per pkg directions)
1 c green grapes
1 c sweet pickle relish
1 c pecan pieces
1 T mayonnaise
1 c red grapes
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
5 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c chopped scallions
4 c smoked turkey
strawberries and boston lettuce as garnish

Mix ingredients in order listed; arrange lettuce on 8 plates. Make a small mound of salad mixture on each and garnish with strawberry fans.
