SYBIL'S CHILI RICE 
3 c. cooked rice
2 c. sour cream (salted)
2 cans chopped chilies (drained, roasted and peeled)
3/4 lb. grated or shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together in a 9x12 inch flat casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with chicken or beef.
