CHILI RICE DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 c. diced green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. water
1 c. instant rice
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion in skillet. Add spices, corn, green pepper, and tomato sauce and water. Cover and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
