CHICKEN AND RICE DINNER 
4 chicken breasts, split in pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. water
1 sm. box Minute Rice
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix

Grease baking dish, place Minute Rice in bottom of dish. Mix together soups and milk, heat and pour over rice. Lay raw chicken on top of this, and then sprinkle onion soup mix on top of chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
