CHICKEN DINNER 
1 chicken, 3-4 lb., cut in pieces
1/4 c. butter

Flour chicken with the following mixture:

1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper

Other ingredients:

1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. chicken broth

Set oven for 400 degrees. Use covered baking dish. In baking dish, put 1/4 cup butter and add floured chicken, skin side down. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Boil wings, neck and liver in 3 1/2 cups water or use 3 chicken bouillon cubes to 3 cups water.

Mix uncooked rice, chopped celery, chopped onions, salt, pepper and the 3 cups of chicken broth. Remove chicken from pan. Place the above ingredients in baking dish. Place chicken on top, skin side up. Bake another 45 minutes, covered.
