TEXAS CAKE AND ICING 
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream

Bring water, butter, and cocoa to a boil. Mix remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour cocoa mixture over flour mixture and beat until smooth. Pour in a large, greased and floured sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (batter will be thin).

ICING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter, milk, and cocoa to a boil. Put powdered sugar in large mixing bowl. Pour hot cocoa mixture over powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and add nuts and vanilla. Pour over warm cake.
