STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
4 slices bacon, diced
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. minced green peppers
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Set aside the mushroom caps. Chop mushroom stems; combine the rest of the ingredients and sauté in butter until soft. Stuff caps and place in baking dish with a little water.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
