CROCKPOT BARBEQUE I 
Cook chuck roast along with 1 onion cut in half in crockpot overnight. Next morning cut off all fat, remove all bone and onion and discard. Can save broth for vegetable soup later. Use only lean part of meat.

1 lg. bottle of B-B-Q sauce
1/2-1 c. ketchup
2-3 sm. cans tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
1/2-1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2-1 can water (tomato sauce can)

Mix all together and let cook in crockpot all day. After it has cooked a couple hours, taste and add more of this or that if needed.
