VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook broccoli and cauliflower as directed. Put corn, creamed corn, celery soup and mushrooms into a casserole dish. Add cooked broccoli and cauliflower. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top of vegetables. Melt butter and add to bread crumbs. Spread on top and bake in 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
