SPAGHETTI PIE 
4 oz. spaghetti noodles
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
1 beaten egg
1/2 lb. ground beef or bulk Italian sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz.)

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Combine 1 egg, Parmesan cheese and butter. Stir into noodles. Press mixture evenly into bottom and up sides of pie plate. Drain cottage cheese. Combine with 1 egg. Spread over crust. Set aside.

In skillet cook meat, onion and pepper until meat is brown. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Heat through. Spoon over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes.
