SAUSAGE RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. long grain rice
2 cans mushroom soup
2 cans water

Brown sausage in skillet and drain. Place in baking dish. Stir together soup, water, onions, celery and rice. Pour over sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with cheese (optional).
