HUMMUS 
2 c. cooked garbanzo beans
1/2 c. bean juice
1 c. sesame tahini
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Put all ingredients in blender or food processor until pureed. Place in dish and top with chopped onions and parsley. Serve with pita bread or crackers or vegetables.
