ALMOND ROCA COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
10 oz. milk chocolate, melted

Cream the butter and sugars. Add egg yolk, vanilla, and flour. Spread mix on cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees. While warm spread chocolate on top. Sprinkle 1 cup chopped almonds. Press into chocolate. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
