LASAGNA ROLL - UPS 
15 lasagna strips
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain. Pour 1/2 of jar of spaghetti sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan.

FILLING:

2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained

Mix ingredients together. Spread filling mix evenly on individual lasagna noodles. Roll noodle and arrange it seam-side down in pan on top of sauce. Top with remaining sauce and Mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Let set about 15 minutes before serving.
