LASAGNA ROLLS 
8 lasagna noodles
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 c. chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (15 oz.) jar Prego Marinara Sauce

Cook lasagna noodles per package instructions; drain, set aside. In medium bowl, combine all cheese and spinach. Spread 1/2 cup of cheese and spinach mixture on each lasagna noodle. Roll noodles up in jelly roll fashion.

In 9 x 13 inch baking dish, spread 1 cup of sauce in bottom of pan. Place lasagna rolls on top of sauce. Spoon remaining sauce over lasagna rolls. Cover rolls with sauce so they will not dry out. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbling. Makes 8 servings.
