BEEF AND BEAN BURRITOS
2 pounds lean ground beef
2 envelope packs taco seasoning, Taco Bell or Lawry's
2 cans Gebhardt refried beans
a bag of sharp cheddar cheese
30 regular sized flour Tortillas

Additional Seasonings:

Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Red Pepper, Cumin, and Chili Powder

1. Brown the ground beef adding the Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Red Pepper, Cumin, and Chili Powder.

2. Drain the grease from the ground beef and re-season using seasonings from step #1.

3. Add envelope packs of Taco Seasoning and add whatever amount of water it calls for on back of the package twice since you are using two packs and stir in and let simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

4. Add both cans of refried beans to meat mixture and stir until well combined. If it is too dry I suggest adding small amounts of water and stirring until you get the mixture the right consistency not too wet but not too dry either, do this carefully because you don't want dry burritos and you don't want soupy runny ones either.

5. After everything is combined and the beans have heated thoroughly until bubbly, turn off the heat allow to slightly cool maybe 5 minutes then grab your heated tortillas and fill them and add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and roll them.

Yields about 25 to 30 Burritos.

***Serve with sour cream, picante sauce, Tabasco, lettuce, tomatoes or whatever your heart desires***

***If you do not want to make this many then just cut ingredients in half and make them***

I made this with my own twist on the ingredients and added salsa, it turned out great and I was able to wrap some in foil and freeze and save for my husbands breakfast.
