3 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 to 1 1/2 c. crushed saltines
1 egg
1 c. ketchup
salt and pepper to taste

In 9 x 13 cake pan, add all ingredients. Mix with hands.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 45 minutes. Drain grease from sides. Cut in serving size squares.
