STUFFED ZUCCHINI 
4 zucchini
1 green pepper, diced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. fresh corn
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tomato, chopped
1 pimento, diced
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Split zucchini in halves lengthwise and scoop out center of seeds and membrane. Set aside.

Saute green pepper and onion in butter until onion is transparent. Remove and set aside.

Brown beef, separating with a fork. Add green pepper, onion and rest of ingredients. Place zucchini halves in well-greased baking pan. Fill each half with corn stuffing. Pour 1/2 cup water in bottom of pan. Cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven until zucchini is tender. Remove foil and bake another 1/2 hour.
