BRANDY BALLS | |
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 3 tbsp. cocoa 2 1/4 tbsp. white corn syrup 1/2 c. brandy Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, pecans, sugar and cocoa. Combine corn syrup and brandy and add to crumb mixture. Use about a tablespoon of the mixture at a time to shape into balls about three quarters inch in diameter. Roll balls in additional confectioners' sugar. Store in air tight container in the refrigerator. Makes about 36 balls. |
