CHERRY DELIGHT 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Blend with cheese and add 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1 cup pecans. Crust graham crackers. Add 3 or 4 tablespoons sugar and melted butter and bake a few minutes. Cool. Add cheese mixture and 1 can cherry pie filling on top.

OPTIONAL CRUST:

2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
2 c. pecans

Mix together and bake 30-35 minutes. Bake slow as burns easily. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
