2/3 c. butter
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
3 well beaten eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
4 mashed bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease and flour pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend together butter, sugar. Add eggs, milk, bananas, vanilla and mix well. Sift together flour, soda. Mix nuts into flour mixture, then add to liquid mixture. Bake until toothpick comes out clean.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1 mashed banana

Mix well and put on cool cake.
