BANANA NUT CAKE 
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2-2 c. mashed ripe bananas

With a spoon (not electric mixer), mix well the egg and oil. Add to this mixture the sugar, flour, soda, baking powder, vanilla and salt. Again mix all ingredients with a spoon. Add banana and nuts and mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Top with Cream Cheese icing.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat together well and spread onto cooled cake.
