ORIENTAL CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken wings, remove tips, cut wings in half

Mix together:

2 tbsp. salad oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Place cut apart wings in a bowl, pour above mixture over them and marinate overnight (or at least 1 hour), mixing every so often.

After marinating, place on a flat foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes on one side, turn over and bake about 15 minutes.

Place in container if not eaten right away, refrigerate. Warm as needed.
