BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS 
Blue cheese or Ranch salad dressing
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. cayenne pepper
3 lbs. chicken wings (cut at joints)
Hot sauce (dash)
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
3 c. vegetable oil

Refrigerate dressing. Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic and hot sauce and cayenne pepper. Remove from heat.

Heat oil to 375 degrees. Fry chicken until golden brown. Drain. Keep hot. Add to sauce a few at a time. Turn gently to coat. Heat in oven for 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Use salad dressing as dip.
