8 c. old-fashioned oats 1 c. wheat germ 1 c. coconut 1/2 c. sesame seeds 2/3 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. honey 2/3 c. vegetable oil 2 tsp. vanilla Slivered almonds Heat oats in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix honey, oil, vanilla in saucepan and heat. Add dry ingredients to warm oats and then add honey mixture. Stir thoroughly. Bake about 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Stir occasionally while cooling. |
