GRANOLA 
6 c. uncooked quick rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. coconut
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. honey
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oats in shallow baking pan at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Combine toasted oats, brown sugar, wheat germ, coconut, sesame seeds, nuts. Add oil, honey and vanilla. Mix to coat dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees in a shallow pan for 20-25 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
