HAM & CHEESE PIE 
1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell
4 slices ham, shredded
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. parsley
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine everything but pie shell. Place in shell. Bake at 400 degrees 40 to 45 minutes.
