HAM - CHEESE PIE, EASY 
1 (9 5/8") frozen pie crust
2 eggs, lightly beaten, or egg substitute
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. ham, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper

Thaw pie crust 20 minutes. Combine ingredients. Pour into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-60 minutes until golden brown. Can be refrigerated 2-3 hours before baking.
