1 box frozen spinach, drained
6 eggs
1 tsp. onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped ham
1 tbsp. oil

Preheat skillet with oil. Slightly beat eggs. Pour eggs in skillet, add spinach, ham and onion. Cook until eggs are desired doneness.
