EASY CHEESE POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) frozen hash browns, thawed
1 pt. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) bar extra sharp Cheddar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. diced onion
2 cans potato soup
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix first 7 ingredients together. Pour into a 9x13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees, then uncover and cook 30 minutes more.
