FLOUR TORTILLAS 
2 c. flour
1/3 c. shortening
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Measure shortening and with a pastry blender, cut shortening into the flour (or use your hands). Measure water and pour a little at a time until a soft dough forms. Knead dough until it is smooth. Make balls and roll out. Cook on hot griddle. Use for burritos or butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
