SPANISH RICE 
1 1/2 c. raw rice
1 bell pepper
1 med. onion
1 clove garlic
10 dashes Red Devil hot sauce
8 tbsp. bacon grease
1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice

Dice pepper, onion and garlic. Melt bacon grease. Saute pepper, onion, garlic, hot sauce and 6 cups V-8 juice 5 minutes. Cover tightly. Check every 10 minutes so as not to stick to bottom of pan. Add more V-8 juice as needed. Cook 20 minutes.
