MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
2 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. juice from oranges
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 pt. whipped cream (Cool Whip)

Dissolve Jello in water. Cool slightly, add sherbet; stir until melted. When it begins to thicken, add oranges and then whip cream. Let mold overnight or 3 to 4 hours.
