CHICKEN BOG 
1 whole chicken
2 c. rice
Kielbasa sausage
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. sm. shrimp
1 can corn (optional)

Cook chicken in water until done. Save broth. Take chicken off bone. Add rice to broth, make sure you have enough broth to rice ratio. Add sliced kielbasa. Add remaining ingredients and chopped chicken. Simmer until rice is tender.
