CHICKEN RICE & SPICE 
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. uncooked rice
14 1/2 oz. can whole tomatoes, cut up
1 c. sliced celery
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 pkg. smoked sausage links
2 - 3 lb. chicken, cut up

In a 14 x 20 inch oven cooking bag, add rice, tomatoes, mushrooms, celery, onions and spices. Brush chicken with oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Cut sausage in thirds and arrange meats in bag with combined ingredients. Close bag and cut 6 slits in top. Bake in 375 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
