FRENCH BEAN CASSEROLE | |
2 cans French cut green beans 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 med. onion, chopped 1 stick unsalted butter 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed Heat green beans and drain; add soup and cheese. Melt butter in skillet and saute onions; remove onions from butter and add to bean mixture. Place Ritz crackers in butter; stir until coated. Pour bean mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole (spray with Pam). Top with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
