STRAWBERRY ANGEL FOOD DELIGHT 
1 lb. frozen strawberries
16 oz. Cool Whip
Angel Food Cake
6 oz. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water

Mix strawberry jello with boiling water. Put in refrigerator until egg white consistency. Break angel food cake into small pieces; set to side. Mash frozen strawberries including juice, mix into jello and fold in 1/2 of Cool Whip.

In tube pan put 1/3 of cake, then put in 1/2 of strawberry mixture, then 1/3 cake, then remaining strawberry mixture, then remaining cake. Refrigerate at least 4-5 hours (works well overnight). Turn out in plate and ice with remaining Cool Whip.
